Hey, guys, welcome to the aesthetic. Patient experience podcast episode two. This is Tyler Terry. And today I'm going to talk about the big three. So, what is the big three, well in aesthetics. The big three refers to three pieces of content that is needed to educate the patient so that the patient feels confident and comfortable with their service or procedure. And therefore they'll have better questions for a better consult leading to a higher conversion rate. Now, if we really take a step back and we look at the biggest player in the world today, which would be Amazon. So we all use Amazon to purchase various products and services. And when you're looking add a product on Amazon. No matter what that product is. Amazon feeds you everything that you need to make that decision. They give you reviews. They give you testimonials, they give you videos. They give you product information. Literally anything and everything about that product that you're looking at is at your fingertips. So that you can add that to your cart and check out. You can feel confident and comfortable in that service. So in aesthetics, we need to do the same thing. So regardless of where that patient is at in their journey with your practice, if they are on your social media page, if they are on your website, your patient app your in practice software wherever they're at within their journey. If they are looking at that specific product let's say it is sculpture. The patient is looking at the sculpture section on your website. We need to make sure that the patient has access to three things videos before and after images and testimonials reviews. If they're in your practice in your waiting room or in your console room and they're here for sculpture. We need to make sure that they have access to those three pieces of content when doing that you are feeding the patient, everything that they need to be more confident and comfortable with your practice.
